Procurement Process for Unmanned Systems
1. Request Definition
At the initial stage, the customer must describe the operational task to be addressed using an unmanned system (reconnaissance, artillery fire correction, logistics, surveillance, signals intelligence, strike missions, etc.) or select an appropriate platform from the list presented on the website. This information allows for the identification of the appropriate UAV type, configuration, payload options, and operational conditions.
2. Submission of an Official Request
After defining the task, an official request must be submitted:
via email to request@ukrspcexport.com, or through the contact form / request button of the website.
The request must include: Organization (Name of department or military unit ), contact person, a brief description of the task or selected solution, expected quantities and timelines (if available)
3. Review and Engagement Format
Following request verification, the customer will be offered one of the following engagement formats: flight demonstrations and system capability presentations — for new customers or new mission requirements direct procurement — for existing customers and previously approved platforms. The engagement format is determined by the customer’s status and the specifics of the request.
4. Cooperation Exclusively with Government Entities
The company operates exclusively with: military units, official government customers, authorized representatives of the United States Department of Defense (Pentagon).
Commercial and private requests are not considered.
